Only fresh fruits are used to make this gluten free Lemon Drizzle Loaf incredibly moist and flavoursome. Believe us when we say, one slice will not be enough! Baked in a 2 lb cake tin (circa 900 g) to give you around 8 slices using an original recipe, the loaf is gift wrapped ready for hand delivery to your door.

Ingredients: Sugar, Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat with Raising Agents mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and Thickener Xanthan Gum), Salted Butter (Milk, rapeseed oil), Free Range Egg, Cow’s Milk, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Ground Almonds (Nuts), Tapioca Flour (Sulphites), Raising Agent (Baking Powder).
