    What could be nicer than enjoying a slice of delicious homebaked Lemon Cake prepared with an original recipe created by the Baker!

    This semi naked sponge cake is baked with freshly grated lemon zest, gluten free flours and Lurpak butter, filled and topped with lemon curd flavoured buttercream and decorated with fondant flowers. The cake is presented on a silver cake drum, gift wrapped and hand delivered to your door by us. 

    Use By: Consume within two days of delivery.

    Ingredients: Sugar, Butter (Milk, rapeseed oil), Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat with Raising Agents mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and Thickener Xanthan Gum), Free Range Egg, Lemon Curd (EggMilk and Sulphur Dioxide), Cow’s Milk, Lemon Zest, Vegetable Shortening (rapeseed oil, palm oil), Lemon Juice, Ready roll fondant icing decorations (palm oil), Cream (Cow’s Milk), Raising Agent (Baking Powder), Xanthan Gum, Salt.
    May Contain: Nuts due to manufacture of ready roll fondant icing.
