Our Lemon & Ginger Loaf is such a great combination of flavours that it will have your taste buds tingling! Using an original recipe this loaf is baked in a 2 lb tin (circa 900 g) to achieve around 8 slices and is gift wrapped ready for hand delivery to your door.

Ingredients: Sugar, Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat with Raising Agents mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and Thickener Xanthan Gum), Butter (Milk, rapeseed oil), Free Range Egg, Stem Ginger with syrup, Cow’s Milk, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Almonds (Nuts), Tapioca Flour, Ginger flavouring, Raising Agent (Baking Powder).
