Our Lemon Curd Mini sponge cakes are a twist on the traditional Victoria sponge cake. Each mini cake is flavoured with fresh lemons, filled with buttercream containing lemon zest and lemon curd to give these mini cakes a fabulous citrus tingle to your taste buds.
