Decadence at its best, this sumptuous celebration cake is a sheer delight!
Giving you 8 to 10 portions, the two layer chocolate fudge sponge cake is filled with caramel frosting and salted caramel sauce and is liberally covered with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. Salted Caramel truffles are added to the decoration on the top of the cake together with golden sprinkles that are suitable for coeliacs. Ingredients include Callebaut cocoa powder, Callebaut chocolate, Lurpak butter and Doves Farm gluten free flours.
