There is nothing better than enjoying a slice of freshly baked fruit cake washed down with your favourite cuppa. This cake is a delicious addition to your afternoon tea or for a snack any time of day. It is prepared with various dried fruits, brandy and dark rum, gluten free flour and Lurpak butter. A simple golden marzipan and white ready roll fondant icing decorates the top together with a few white fondant iced stars to finish.

The round fruit cake is 6 inches wide, 2.5 inches deep, weighs circa 1100 g and will give 6 to 8 portions depending on how much cake you like per slice.

Your cake will be freshly baked to order with hand delivery to your door by us within our catchment area.
