There is nothing better than enjoying a slice of freshly baked fruit cake washed down with your favourite cuppa. This cake is a delicious addition to your afternoon tea or for a snack any time of day. It is prepared with various dried fruits, brandy and dark rum, gluten free flour and Lurpak butter.

The round fruit cake is 6 inches wide, 2.5 inches deep, weighs circa 900 g and will give 6 to 8 portions depending on how much cake you like per slice.

Your cake will be freshly baked to order with hand delivery to your door by us within our catchment area.

Use By: Consume within five days of delivery.
