Here is a delightful gluten free lemon sponge cake freshly baked to order using an original recipe with hand delivery to your door by us. The cake is filled with raspberry buttercream and lemon curd, covered with more buttercream to give a semi naked look and decorated with grated white chocolate and freeze dried raspberry pieces. The buttercream is coloured with homemade raspberry puree to give it that lovely shade of pink as well as a raspberry flavour. Not an artificial colour in sight!
