Ingredients: Sugar, Butter (Milk and rapeseed oil), Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat with Raising Agents mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and Thickener Xanthan Gum), Free Range Egg, Lemon Curd (Egg, Milk, Sulphites), Cow’s Milk, Vegetable Shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Cream (Cow’s Milk), Lemon Zest, Raising Agent (Baking Powder), Salt.
