This two layer, gluten free vanilla sponge cake is filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry conserve, covered with more buttercream for a semi naked effect, and decorated with freeze dried raspberry pieces to finish. Ingredients include gluten free flours, Lurpak butter and Callebaut chocolate.
