Prepared with an original recipe created by the Baker, ingredients include gluten free flours, Callebaut cocoa powder and Lurpak butter. The  two-layer cake is filled with a rich chocolate buttercream flavoured with melted dark chocolate. (Image of an 8 inch cake).

    Ingredients: Sugars, Butter (Milk, rapeseed oil), Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat with Raising Agents mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and Thickener Xanthan Gum), Free Range Egg, Cocoa Powder, Chocolate (Milk, Soya), Water, Cream (Cow's Milk), Vegetable Shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Raising Agent (Baking Powder), Vanilla Extract, Instant Coffee, Salt.
