    Ingredients: Sugars, Butter (Milk, rapeseed oil), Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat with Raising Agents mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and Thickener Xanthan Gum), Free Range Egg, Fresh Blueberries, Lemon Curd (EggMilk and Sulphur Dioxide ), Cow's Milk, Lemon Zest, Vegetable Shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Frosted Blueberries (Egg white), Lemon Juice, Cream (Cow's Milk), Raising Agent (Baking Powder), Xanthan Gum, Mint leaves, Salt.
