The sponge is baked with freshly grated lemon zest, gluten free flours and Lurpak butter, the cake is filled with lemon curd buttercream and lemon curd, topped with more lemon curd buttercream and decorated with homemade mini meringues and candied lemon peel.

This sumptuous cake is presented on a silver cake drum, gift wrapped and hand delivered to your door by us.
