These Lemon & Raspberry Cupcakes are prepared with an original recipe using gluten free flours, Lurpak butter, and a homemade raspberry puree to give that lovely pink hue to the raspberry buttercream.

Each lemon sponge cupcake is filled with lemon curd, topped with raspberry buttercream and a fresh raspberry to decorate.

The cupcakes are freshly baked in batches of six, twelve or more, gift wrapped and hand delivered to your door by us.

Use By: Consume within two days of delivery.
