Ingredients: Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat with Raising Agents mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and Thickener Xanthan Gum), Sugar, Butter (Milk), Free Range Egg, Dried Sultanas, Dried Currants, Glace Cherries (Preservative: sulphur dioxide), Mixed candied peel (Preservative: sulphur dioxide), Cow’s Milk, Raising Agent (Baking Powder), Spice flavouring, Salt.
