This gluten free Victoria Sponge Cake is the perfect size to enjoy at your afternoon tea party!
The 6 inch, two layer cake is prepared with an original recipe created by the Baker using gluten free flours, lurpak butter and free range eggs. Deliciousness itself!
Your cake will be freshly baked to order, filled with strawberry or raspberry conserve together with vanilla buttercream, and hand delivered to your door by us.
Use By: Consume within two days of delivery.

Ingredients: Sugars, Butter (Milk, rapeseed oil), Flour Blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat with Raising Agents mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and Thickener Xanthan Gum), Free Range Egg, Strawberry or Raspberry Conserve, Cow's Milk, Cream (Cow's Milk), Vegetable Shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Raising Agent (Baking Powder), Vanilla Extract, Salt.
