Our Lemon Sponge Mini Cakes are a lovely addition to your dessert table! Each cake is flavoured with fresh lemons and decorated with a lemon curd flavoured buttercream and edible dried rose petals. 
Freshly baked in batches of 9, the cakes are gift wrapped ready for hand delivery to your door by us to enjoy as part of your afternoon tea party.

Use By: Consume within two days of delivery.

Ingredients: Sugars, Butter (Milk, rapeseed oil), Wheat Flour (with added calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), Free Range Egg, Vegetable shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Cow's Milk, Lemon Zest, Cream (Cow's Milk), Lemon Juice, Lemon Curd (Egg, Milk and Sulphur Dioxide ), Raising Agent (Baking Powder), Edible Dried Rose Petals, Salt.
